Hands down, it was the best steak that I've ever had. The service was amazing. Plus they gave us this complimentary dessert because it was out 8th anniversary.

Rib eye was delicious with the garlic butter and cooked to the perfect medium rare. Mac and cheese had the perfect combo of creamy and tangy. Love the Old Bay aioli and sauteed mushrooms. I will definitely look to come back the next time in Cincinnati. Emily and the crew took amazing care of us!

Probably one of the best places to eat in the country. Unbelievably good steak and seafood. I always get the seafood tower and filet.

Great old school steakhouse. Beautiful restaurant, reminiscent of '30s style steakhouse. Food is exceptional, from the shrimp to the filet to the cheesecake. From soup to nuts everything is top notch.

The place offers an awesome range of fresh food. I enjoyed eating here. The employees are always very kind, pricing is convenient and the place is always clean.

A top notch experience in every way. Filets cooked to perfection with great sides and desserts. The wait staff is very attentive and make sure everything is perfect. Of course ordered a filet for my entree, but the scallop starter was divine. The ambiance is magnificent. Overall just a fantastic experience. Valet offered.

Atmosphere, dining experience, staff, and food is exquisite. I always get the seafood platter. You can never go wrong with it! However, be aware of the price; if you're not familiar. It's usually around $250-300 but worth every penny.

We had an amazing experience there. Very first time going, and we celebrated our anniversary. Our service was impeccable and food was delicious. At the end of the meal, we were brought out a little sample dessert as a happy anniversary surprise on the house. I was so happy we chose there to go!

Service: all top-notch without exception. Everyone is highly trained, professional, do not oversell, and give good service. Been here quite a few times, and have never had anything but spectacular service. If you want wine, be prepared to WAY over pay for cheap wine, or pay a fortune for decent wine. And if you want really good wine, hope your credit card has a high enough credit limit.

I had a good time here. The food was ok but the price was high. The customer service was what stand out in this place. My server Mr Tony was awesome. If you are looking for something different like old school dining then this place is a must go.

It is everything you want in an upscale steakhouse. The staff were all on point, our server was amazing and professional, it was my first time and he took about 2 minutes just to get me familiarized with the menu and talk about the entrees. Absolutely gorgeous inside, huge chandeliers, lovely decor. Everything we had was. Divine.

This place is certainly one of the most pleasant place to eat in the neighborhood. Always when I visit this place I am truly glad. They always keep their high standard service and the topmost level of food they give. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

If people are at the core of a business' success, it is no wonder Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse is the cornerstone of the company, the best in Cincinnati, and the standard by which all else are compared. A clearly laid out promotional structure makes the staff positive, and every member fully knowledgeable on the products and attributes. I tend to spend my time at the Bar rather than a table and the staff there is AMAZING! Katie, Sam, Emily, Katt, and the new GM Carmen are real pros!

Such an amazing experience! Kris did an excellent job and treated us like royalty! Managers Jordan and Leo stopped by multiple times to ensure our dinner was perfect! We will be back!!

Just ordered an aged steak for the first time and ohhh sooo good! Highly recommend spending the few extra dollars to get aged. All the food was delicious as always though ❤

Amazing steakhouse with great live band. Well decorated. Food is really great. Portion is huge. Cowboy steak is the superstar. The scallop and beef tartare are delicious as well. Very popular restaurant which is always crowded. One of the best steakhouse in Cincinnati.

The food was perfect, our server Travis was terrific and constantly making our evening as pleasant as could be. Josh Treadway the Asst. G.M. was a joy to talk with and gave us the best service possible when there was a minor mishap this evening. Over all great service and will be back again.

Excellent food! The cowboy ribeye is to die for. Had it with a lobster tail, couldn't have been better!

Absolutely an amazing experience. We have eaten here plenty of times and never a dull moment. This by far is my favorite of all the ruby restaurants. I think our waiters name was Kris he was such a delight.

If you want a great meal dont miss Jeff Ruby's. I know it is a steak place but I had the sea bass and it was fabulous. What a dinner.
